Primary responsibilities include:
Day-to-day operational and management decisions
Coordinate the actions of all departments and ensure they function as one.
Financial analysis and management
Organize, direct, control and coordinate hospital policies and procedures
Recruit, hire and evaluate support staff and doctors
Assist in the education and development of staff and doctors
Develop procedures for quality assurance, client services, medical treatment, hospital activities and public relations outreach
Marketing and community outreach planning
Maintain federal and state regulations for human resource issues and veterinary practice standards
The ideal candidate will:

Exhibit maturity and a high level of integrity
5 years of prior veterinary practice manage experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Experience on contract negotiations and business development
Strong knowledge in budgeting, business fiancé and payroll management
Must be willing to work 40-50 hours per week
