VCA Glasgow Animal Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our 2 doctor practice in Glasgow, Delaware! We have proudly served the communities of Glasgow, Bear, Newark, New Castle and some areas in Maryland for over 15 years. Experienced veterinarians and new grads are welcome to apply!

ABOUT THE HOSPITAL

• Modern building located in a busy plaza. We have four exam rooms, treatment area, surgery suite, dental suite and digital x-ray suite.
• In-house laboratory Abaxis vet scan, urinalysis with sediments, and other in-house lab tests including tonometry. Also close association with external full-service clinical and pathological laboratories.
• Brand New Direct Digital X-ray system. Superb, readable 'œfilms' in eight seconds. We also have digital dental x-ray.
• Excellent surgical monitoring capabilities including Cardell CO2 C-STAT Monitor, PetMap, and Bair hugger.
• Complete pharmacy with a large inventory of established pharmaceuticals as well as many of the latest products.
• Exam rooms and surgery suite equipped with stations for viewing patients records and x-rays.

Our foundation is built on working well together as a team with all of the staff being cross trained. We are a close-knit, family-like management and support staff who have been working together for around 10 years. We take pride in our close relationships with clients and patients - they become part of our extended family.
