Following qualities are required: Ability to perform physical examinations and diagnostic/medical/surgical/dental procedures . Be able to discuss the physical exam and diagnostic findings with the client and create treatment plans to deliver the highest quality of veterinary medicine. Develop rapport with clients and team members and be able to clearly communicate your ideas with the clients and team members. Maintain electronic medical records and logs to help increase the efficiency of the hospital. Stay up-to-date with new medical information, changes in veterinary medicine, and attend Continuing Education meetings. Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team to ensure the delivery of the highest quality care and exceptional client service. Positively represent the hospital in the professional community and to the general public. Other duties as assigned.
