DESCRIPTION:  Iowa State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine, in Ames, Iowa, is seeking to hire a key strategic position to support research within the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences (VCS). The candidate’s role in VCS will be primarily research, but a minor hospital role in the candidate’s clinical specialty is also desired. While the individual will have significant time allotted to their own research/lab, the ideal candidate will also have a desire to collaborate with other departmental faculty members and/or mentor early career faculty in establishing their research careers.
